The Living Canon

“A work drawn in dialogue with the theatrical heritage of each place we inhabit.”

Not a fixed title. A living practice.

Shaped by listening, exchange, and encounter, The Living Canon places our work in conversation with local tradition, history, and voice. Rather than a fixed title, it is a living practice — one that honours inherited stories while allowing them to remain responsive to the present moment and the land that receives them.

As the Season unfolds, The Living Canon will join our three original productions as a fourth work in the repertory, adapting in response to where the company is working.

Keep an eye out for announcements as the works that will enter into this dialogue are revealed.
