What the Foundation collects through this site, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Global Mosaic Foundation collects only what you give us. If you write to a department mailbox we hold your message and address in order to reply. If you submit an application or an enquiry we hold the answers and files you provide in order to assess and respond to them. If you subscribe to Stay Informed we hold your first name and email address until you ask us to stop.
Why we hold it
Applications and enquiries are held on the basis of your consent, given at the point of submission, so that the Foundation can consider your work and reply. Correspondence is held on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it.
How long
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Applications are kept for the duration of the assessment cycle and are then either taken forward or removed. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Files you upload
Scripts and supporting material are stored privately and are not published or made publicly accessible. They are seen only by the people assessing your submission.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@globalmosaicfoundation.org and we will act on it.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.
