Tootawl in Concert

Standing at six foot five, Irishman Richard O’Gorman was christened ‘too tawl’ whilst in Nashville, Tennessee, playing his brand of bustling contemporary folk in venues such as The Bluebird. On his return to Ireland he began working as Tootawl.

Since Tennessee he has released two EPs and an album, received national radio airplay, and toured extensively. His song ‘House On The Moon’ was played in an episode of the Netflix series You Me Her.

Now based in London and signed with Max Music Publishing, he released his debut self-titled LP — recorded entirely live to tape on an old reel-to-reel machine, its cover a tintype photograph taken by specialist photographer Gareth Jarvis in Wales.
