Sweet Sounds of the South
London | 26 April 2025, 19:00 (GMT)
at Riverside Studios
Sweet Sounds of the South started as a blues evening but has expanded to much more than that. It remains a recurring fundraising event at Riverside Studios produced by Evol Creation and Global Mosaic Foundation to support our upcoming project EVOL.
This evening features an exquisite lineup of regular and special guests: headliner Harry Collier will perform some of his famous tracks including some from his time playing with the band Faithless; BBC Introducing's singer-songwriter and fingerstyle acoustic guitarist Sean Alexander; and the originators of Sweet Sounds of the South: violinist Lucinda Freeburn (of the band Evolution of Fishermen), guitarist Jan Urbanski, Riverside Studios' own singer-songwriter Olivier Sublet of Trainspotting Live; and Pedro Ortiz on the drums, whose extraordinary career as a percussionist includes playing with David Bowie at Live Aid.

Tootawl in Concert
London | 14 June 2025, 19:15 (GMT)
at Riverside Studios
Standing at six foot five, Irishman Richard O’ Gorman was christened ‘too tawl’ whilst in Nashville, Tennessee, playing his brand of bustling contemporary folk in famous venues such as The Bluebird. Upon his arrival home to Ireland, he began working as Tootawl. Since Tennessee, he has released two EPs and an album, received national radio airplay, and toured extensively. He also had his song ‘House On The Moon’ played in an episode of the Netflix original series You Me Her.
Now based in London, he has signed with Max Music Publishing, and released his debut self-titled LP. Taking the DIY approach, the album was recorded entirely live to tape on an old reel-to-reel tape machine, and the cover is a tintype photograph, taken by specialist photographer Gareth Jarvis in Wales.
Recently, Tootawl successfully completed a crowdfunding project on Qrates.com to get the album printed on vinyl.

The Austens
New York | 06-21 December 2025 (ET)
at A.R.T. New York
Global Mosaic Foundation is very proud to support The Holy Theatre's world premiere of Sarah Rose Kearns' ninety-minute domestic drama about Jane Austen and her family, coming to A.R.T. New York to celebrate Austen's 250th anniversary.
It's the spring of 1810, and Jane has finally sworn off novel writing: she is thirty-four years old and still unpublished, notwithstanding years of dedication to her craft—yet she finds a certain quiet contentment in the comfortable home that she shares with her mother, her beloved sister Cassandra, and Martha, another female friend. Everything changes, however, when her seventeen-year-old niece Anna comes to stay. Troubled, headstrong, and determined to be a writer, Anna rekindles Jane's own youthful ambition and ferocity; likewise, Anna's palpable need for guidance—her longing for a story that can help her make sense of life—makes it more and more doubtful whether Jane should keep the lid on her creative impulse. A feminist coming-of-middle-age tale and celebration of the artist's calling.

EMMA, The Graphic Novel
New York | 23 December 2025
Global Mosaic Foundation is delighted to support Duniath Comics' graphic novel adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma.
Emma Woodhouse, handsome, clever, and rich, is convinced she will never marry, although she enjoys playing matchmaker for everyone else in the quaint little town of Highbury. When she takes on the task of finding a suitable match for her friend Harriet Smith, her matchmaking skills lead to a series of romantic misunderstandings, which put her own heart to the test.
Coming in late 2025 to celebrate the 210th anniversary of the publication of this beloved classic, this adorable new version makes an effort to portray a more diverse cast of characters than usually seen in Austen adaptations, and strives to create a friendly and accessible port of entry for young and new Jane Austen readers, while delighting long-time Janeites as well.

Echo's Soul
London | Stay tuned
Written by Georgie Castilla, this dark and hazy fairytale for grownups, inspired by a short story by Oscar Wilde, is proudly set to have its world premiere as an original production by Global Mosaic Foundation.
When a humble fisherman named Echo falls in love with the beautiful son of the Sea-folk King, he casts his own soul away in order to join his love at the bottom of the sea. Sent forth into the cold, cruel world to wilt without the protection of the heart, Echo's Soul goes on an epic quest to return home before it’s too late.
Featuring tour-de-force performances by Georgie Castilla and GMF's founder and CEO Adam Kay, this coming-of-middle-age fable explores the bewilderment of self-discovery and the bittersweetness of growth. How far would your soul journey to save you from yourself?
