A Six Feet Apart Musical

In this poignant, original musical by award-winning creator Paloma de Vega, two strangers sharing a New York flat are forced into a sudden, unforeseen stasis after a global event turns their world upside down. What follows is a forced collision of resilience and dreams, pushing them to realise they may not be as unfamiliar as they once believed. Next Door explores the fragility of human connection in a world made of "paper," and the growing threat that new technologies and algorithms pose to the very heart of the artistic soul. 

 

Originally a celebrated micromusical in Miami and Madrid, the work has been expanded into a full-length production through showcases at NYC’s Chelsea Factory and Repertorio Español.
